Violation of these Terms

You understand and agree that Pets4u may, without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and remove any unauthorized User content, if Pets4u believes, in its sole discretion, that the User content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with the Terms or with the intended use, or that you have violated the rights of Pets4u, another User, or the law. Pets4u may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if release of the information is necessary or appropriate to address unlawful or harmful activity.

Payment

By submitting listings and providing payment information, you are agreeing to allow Pets4U.com to research publicly available information about your company and any parties associated with it. Pets4U.com does not under any circumstances provide refunds or credit for unused services. By submitting a breeder registration request you are agreeing to be bound by our terms of use for the length of contract you have chosen.

Pets4U.com reserves the right to cancel any breeder registration that violates it's terms of use, without repayment of unused services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pets4u, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
